Master Plumber with 35+ years in the Plumbing Industry. I started out with humble beginnings in Houston. Helping dad in the summer. After Graduating high school, I went to work for him in his company, Russell Plumbing. I've worked on everything from houses and apartments to restaurants. I spent 9 years in the Army working on Helicopters, then went back to Plumbing working in Tennessee and North Carolina. After a few years there, I moved to Lubbock, Tx. in 2003. I have always loved working with my hands and helping people make their lives better through solving their plumbing problems.

Our upstairs hot water heater went out we were wanting a tankless one, Steve came out to take a look and educated us on the ins and outs of both tank or tankless! I talked to him late in the day Monday and he was out here the next morning! He is very Knowledgeable and honest! We are life long customers!
